Height: 5ft 10ins.
Weight: 11 stone (roughly).
Health/fitness aims for 2008: My aim is to not to eat in between meals and to swim on a regular basis to keep my body toned and in shape. Now that Role Model 2008 is coming up in May and one heat involves wearing lingerie, I have no choice but to stick to these aims!
What do you do to keep fit? I try to walk anywhere possible, swim outside during summer time and I am going to take part in the Castles Bike Ride to raise money for Macmillan charity. I used to be very much into my sport, including badminton, netball, football and hockey. I might take up badminton for a team.
Why do you do it? To keep healthy. Exercising can really help with sleep and makes a huge difference to how my skin looks and even how I feel each day. I also feel I'm able to eat what I want. I don't think what I eat really affects my body or weight; it's how much of it I eat.
What are your eating and drinking habits? Because I'm active pretty much most of the time I can get away with eating quite a bit (which I do!) and it doesn't affect me. But drinking does affect the way I look, and I think I should have another aim for 2008; to cut down on alcohol (especially now the summer is coming and I enjoy a few beers with a barbecue).
Diet vices? The cookie jar - someone please put it under lock and key!
How's your health? I would say I am healthy, but I could do so much more to be even healthier. I could do with raising my fitness levels.
Do you take part in competitive sport? I used to all the time and when I was taking part in it I felt I was exercising without realising I was. My body shape was the best it has ever been while I was playing for a local ladies football team and netball team. I think competitive sport is more enjoyable as you can use it to socialise and meet people as well as getting fitter at the same time.
